Eddie’s Bakery Café was founded in 1939 by Eddie Riedenauer and was known as Eddie’s Pastry Shop. After 45 years in its second location in the Manchester Center, Eddie’s son and daughter-in-law, Jim and Laurie Riedenauer, moved the business to the growing North East Fresno area.
