Dark chocolate espresso cake filled and iced with mocha buttercream and topped with a chocolate ganache drip.

Haupia Cake
Vanilla chiffon filled with coconut custard, and iced with whipped cream. Topped with pineapple, coconut custard, and Macadamia Nuts and the sides are covered with toasted coconut.

Red, White, and Blue Cake
Strawberry marble cake, filled with blueberry preserves, and iced with whipped cream. The cake is finished with fresh berries on top. *This cake can only be ordered in July.
August

Grasshopper Cake
Dark chocolate cake baked with green mint chips, filled and iced with Green Crème de Menthe buttercream and topped with Andes Mints. *This cake can only be ordered in August.
September

Mocha Cake
Moist white cake soaked in a coffee syrup, filled and iced with mocha buttercream with sliced almonds on sides.

Pumpkin Spiced Cake
Moist pumpkin spiced layers filled and iced with pumpkin spiced cream cheese icing. *This cake can only be ordered in October.

Boston Cream Pie (Cake)
Vanilla sponge filled with custard and topped with dark chocolate ganache.

Black Forest Cake
Chocolate cake, with cherry filling, and iced with whipped cream. The sides are covered in chocolate jimmies, and the cake is topped with chocolate curls, and maraschino cherries.
