Established in 1939, Eddies Bakery Cafe is the home of quality artisan baking in Fresno. Today it has famed the town for its delicious pastries and freshly baked cakes and desserts.

We believe in sourcing the right quality ingredients only. Our menu and community have grown, yet our values have stayed the same. We take the time to bake our bread, pastries, cakes, breakfasts and lunches as we always have - with love, by sourcing the finest seasonal ingredients.
